Ingredients: Colloidal Oat*, Plantain*, Yarrow*, Calendula*, Rose Petals*, Comfrey Leaf*, Sea Salt.

To use:
Prepare your sitz tub, leaving room for a quart of brewed Flora. Steep 3 Tbsp. in a quart of boiled water for 15 minutes, then strain out herbs and add to sitz tub. Flora is not meant to be put into a full bath as it will over-dilute the soothing brew you just made.
