Dr. Campbell’s story
Following in the footsteps of her Mother and Father, Dr. Campbell was originally on a western medical track. However, as she watched her mother suffer through the debilitating western medical treatments for breast cancer, she began to look at alternative forms of healing. A few years later, Dr. C tried Acupuncture for the first time, and realized that Chinese Medicine was truly powerful. Through her education and personal experience with both Western and Eastern Medicine, Dr. C understands the necessity and value of both modalities. She believes that an integrative approach to medicine offers the best opportunity for complete healing.
Dr. Campbell’s extensive training includes acupuncture meridian therapy and needling techniques, personalized herbal medicine, Qi Gong, tui-na massage, cupping, moxibustion, gua-sha, NADA auriculotherapy, nutritional therapy, and healthy lifestyle recommendations.
While in graduate school Dr. Campbell completed a 3 year internship with the well-established practitioner, Dr. Jack Schaeffer, of Mountain West Wellness in Boulder, CO. The internship training was primarily focused around the healing energy system of the Yin Style Bagua lineage of the late Dr. Xie Pei Qi, and dates back to the Qing Dynasty. Specifically, she learned the Qi Gong system, tui na massage, acupuncture and herbal techniques of the YSB lineage. This internship proved to be an invaluable learning experience, that gave Dr. C the tools she needed for more powerful healing.
Dr. Campbell is passionate about effective natural healthcare and would love to share with you the amazing healing benefits of acupuncture and other forms of holistic medicine!
